You can change the name of this page, but don’t change the slug (also called permalink).

You can alter the appearance of this page in Customiser -> Dedicated Pages -> Portfolio Options:

add or remove a border around each item
choose to display the items in 2, 3 or 4 columns
choose whether an optional Sidebar is displayed on the right or at the bottom.
